Product launch Ceramic Substrate Sinalit® Si3N4

CeramTec is launching a new product, Sinalit®, just in time for this year's PCIM Europe, the trade fair for power electronics in Nuremberg. The ceramics expert is thus expanding its portfolio to include a substrate based on silicon nitride.
