CeramTec Secures a Place in Germany’s Apprenticeship Guide

CeramTec numbers amongst “Germany’s best training companies.” A study from the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF), commissioned by Deutschland Test and the business magazine Focus Money, awards the ceramic experts second place under the category “Technical component manufacturing.” Out of 20,000 companies, close to 1,000 received a spot in Germany’s Apprenticeship Guide (Ausbildungsatlas für Deutschland), which includes over 130 industries.

In the past, CeramTec trainees have already proven themselves as the best in their field, including titles such as “Bavaria’s Best” and even “Germany’s Best”. The part that CeramTec plays in these successes, if it was not already clear, has now been confirmed by the “Germany’s best training companies” award. CeramTec was awarded second place in the category “Technical component manufacturing,” having scored 98.9 out of 100 points. The study, which was published in the Focus magazine on March 30th, took 20,000 of Germany’s companies with highest staff numbers and compared them according to criteria such as training success, proportion of trainees, pay, structural data and additional benefits. Additionally, the IMWF evaluated various internet sources and calculated the overall result for each industry.
