It is about conducting yourself in a manner that gains and maintains the trust of others. Albert received several nominations from his colleagues who were all keen to celebrate his attitude and his efforts. In his maintenance role, Albert is recognised as someone who always completes his work diligently and to a high standard. Without fail, he takes time to talk to colleagues warmly and often brightens the day of others. His proactive and positive attitude to complete any task and make sure the site is safe for all is demonstrated daily. Albert is an asset to the Laurens site, and we are grateful for the opportunity to say thank you for his efforts.
Meghan Smith

Meghan is very knowledgeable with her 5 years of experience and completes her tasks diligently, always with a focus on safety and supporting others. She takes demonstrable pride in her work and never cuts corners.
She always makes sure the department is well stocked with the material/tools needed to get the job done. Meghan is willing to take on the more tedious, difficult tasks that others perhaps prefer to avoid and is a great teammate who looks out for her coworkers, ensuring their machines are running with efficiency and speed.
Ashley Stubbs

Ashley Stubbs joined the local leadership team at the Ruabon manufacturing site in Wales in 2022. In his new position, he has quickly earned a reputation for integrity. Nominating him, colleagues described Ashley as someone who is always proactive in pointing out problems, whether that leads to extra work or difficult situations to deal with. Ashley is someone who makes sure to communicate openly and regularly with others, works hard to develop himself, and conducts himself in a manner that builds trust. We are pleased to recognize Ashley for the value of integrity.
Ladislav Žižka

Since joining in January 2019, Ladislav operates as a true ambassador for our Health and Safety principles and role models our standards to others.
He prioritises the safety of others and ensures this extends not only to our employees, but also to suppliers, customers and external visitors to our location. During the short time he has been a part of the team, he has made a great contribution to the site including the refresh of all procedures and guidance documents, taking responsibility for the weekly SHE walks with the management team and improving signage across the facility. Ladislav works closely with all teams to share his knowledge and advice and he has quickly built a reputation of credibility and trust amongst his colleagues.
